Performance Criteria
You must be able to:
agree the delivery method for the material and who is receiving
confirm that master material in required formats has been assembled for the post-production script to be produced
create and complete documentation in the required formats for co-funders
collect copies of signed contracts and legal documents
confirm that elements are logged as they are received
take copies of materials to meet requirements
check and confirm that deliverable paperwork is complete and in the correct order
escalate when instructions are unclear, or elements are missing
identify and remedy errors or omissions without delay
distribute the elements to those who require them as specified in contracts
check and confirm material has been received in line with organisational procedures
monitor and assess usage of distribution contracts and product delivery systems for projects
shorten ineffective distribution agreements in line with organisational requirements
reorganise bundle of rights to ensure the greatest on-going effect for projects
