Performance Criteria
You must be able to:
plan the day’s shoot to allow for contingencies and options
review arrangements and make adjustments to better meet production requirements
manage the shoot to ensure best use of available time
check and confirm that all production targets and deadlines are met
communicate with all relevant departments on a regular basis
check and confirm that health and safety regulations are adhered to
deal with urgent matters when they occur and in collaboration with appropriate production personnel
check and confirm that overtime is authorised in advance by the line producer or production manager
ensure that cast, crew and contributors are released on time
confirm that all required information is included in the call sheet and further revisions are passed onto cast and crew as agreed / required
